The company had decided to automate its fleet management systems. The task was to conduct a comprehensive assessment, develop an automation concept, and produce as-is and to-be process models.
Key objectives included improving the efficiency of fleet management processes, reducing decision-making time through faster and more reliable operational data, and optimising the financial and time costs of vehicle operations.

Branch Assessment
The primary challenge was the high geographic dispersion of the research subjects. Each branch operated differently — some had their own custom solutions, others tracked everything in Excel.
Interviews & Data Collection
We conducted numerous interviews, visited branches in person, and met with all stakeholders. We analysed fleet management processes at every organisational level.
As-Is Model
The analysis culminated in a validated as-is model — a detailed description of the current fleet management processes across all branches.
To-Be Model
Having identified the needs of all parties, we developed the to-be model — the target process state that maximises the reduction of labour costs and optimises decision-making time.

Comprehensive Assessment
